1. Respect and safety
Do not use Dilack to threaten, stalk, intimidate, harass or promote violence against people. Child sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate content, trafficking, fraud and other illegal activities are prohibited. Do not expose other people’s personal information in ways that put them at risk.
2. Content and consent
Share only content you may lawfully use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy and confidentiality. Obtain required permissions before recording or redistributing voice, video or screens. Do not impersonate another person or a Dilack representative.
3. Responsible technical use
Do not distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access restrictions, compromise accounts, send spam or overload the platform. Sounds and other features must not be used to harass people or repeatedly disrupt conversations.
4. Server management
Owners and administrators must set and enforce rules consistent with these guidelines, review permissions and address reports within their control. Administrator status does not authorize improper data access, hidden recordings or deliberate tolerance of unlawful conduct. Participants remain responsible for their own actions.
5. Reports and enforcement
Report violations to responsible administrators and the Dilack contact listed on this page. Include enough context and location information for review without redistributing illegal material. Dilack may restrict content, accounts or servers and meet applicable legal duties. Decisions may be submitted for review through the same contact. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
